Chef Khoon began his career in the kitchen at just 19 as an apprentice.
Discovering his passion in the art of creating pastries and desserts, he realized that only the best would do, so at the tender age of 21 he made his way to Paris to train in the world renowned Pierre Hermé kitchens.
In pursuit of his craft, he has honed in establishments ranging from Rive Gauche to Savoir and Bakers’ Inn.
Believing that more than just using the best ingredients, it is important to know and understand their temperament and subtleties in order to bring out the best in them.
