MACARON WORKSHOP
every 1st Sat 9am-2pm and 4th Tues of the month 12pm-5pm
Learn all about the favourite French tea dessert from the experts. From the origin to the art of the delicate macaron, Chef Khoon will share all the tips and tricks of the macaron.

In our half day hands-on course you will learn how to create your own macarons. Taught in a professional kitchen, we will provide detailed recipes and methods in easily understood steps. You will learn to handle the technical aspects of understanding how humidity, ingredients & timing will affect the outcome of your creations.
Learn about the different varieties of fillings and flavours that can be made. Includes various Chocolate, Cream & Jam fillings.

Macaron Art
Exclusive for GOBI macaron workshops, learn to personalize your macaron with your signature designs. With Chef Khoon's concise and patient sharing, even novices will be able to master the macaron.

Cheesecakes!!
every 2nd Tues of the month 12pm to 5pm

Full hands-on, 2 varieties of Cheesecakes including detailed recipe cards Learn to make 2 varieties of cheesecakes.

Versatile Baked Cheesecake

Chef Khoon will work you through to create rich baked cheesecake, you will love it's creamy texture.

Cheesecake with Lemon Confit Rich & Tangy, you will also learn to make your own Fruit Confit.

 

 

Working with Chocolate
every 3rd Sat of the month 9am to 2pm

Full hands-on, 1 chocolate cake + 1 chocolate dessert including detailed recipe cards.

Every loves chocolate, we are sure you do too! Decadent Chocolate Mousse that are great for desserts & cakes. All-time favourite Molten Chocolate Lava You will learn all about the different types of chocolate and their uses with full hands-on instructions on how to create a rich chocolate cake from scratch.

By the time we are through, you would have learnt to make your very own Chocolate Gateau cakes and desserts, and the all-time favourite with children and adults the Molten Chocolate Lava.
